Full course description
This course is open to all, including non-professionals and professionals.
Take your time. Learn Relaxed.
Our Slow & Steady Course offers a thoughtful and paced approach to canine conditioning and online learning. This course is designed for dog/handler teams who prefer a relaxed schedule, allowing you more time to absorb the information and complete your exercises. Unlike our Accelerated Course, the Slow & Steady Course spreads 8 minutes of personalized feedback over two weeks. This extended timeframe provides you with the opportunity to allow feedback to digest and a longer window to submit video for review.
This course encourages you to learn more on your own, allowing you to set your own pace and take in Anna Lee's feedback in a stress-free manner. This makes the Slow & Steady Course an ideal choice for those with busy schedules, full-time jobs, dog trialing commitments, recovery needs, or other obligations. The Slow & Steady Course is designed to fit your schedule, offering the perfect balance between intensive learning and life's demands.
Course Highlights:
- 8 minutes of video review spread over the course of 2 weeks: Receive in-depth feedback, on a more relaxed timeline.
- 8-week duration: Take your time integrating Anna Lee's suggestions and feedback.
- Applicable to one or more dogs: Whether you have one pup or several, this course is adaptable to your needs.
- Unlimited questions related to conditioning: Clarify your doubts and seek guidance.
- 100% Private Conditioning Classroom: Learn in a supportive, private environment.
- Access to the Conditioning Classroom: Maintain access to your Conditioning Classroom, and the information it contains until October 1, or for as long as you're enrolled in a course, whichever is longer.
NOTE: You will have access to your classroom for 8 weeks + an additional "free week" at the end of the course in case we need to do any additional follow up.
Who is this course for?
This Slow & Steady course is open to anyone who wants help implementing one of the Canine Conditioning Coach Programs, Mini-Programs, or a Custom Program designed by Anna Lee. Brand new dog / handler teams will be met where they are, and supported through the beginning of the learning process. More experienced handlers and even credentialed fitness and rehab professionals will appreciate the depth of Anna Lee's detailed and thoughtful feedback, which can elevate their skills to the next level.
Feel Empowered
Our mission is not just to provide adjustments but to empower you with the skills to identify proper alignment and make necessary changes. Learn how to leverage Handler Motion, Prop Setup, and Reward Placement to help your dog be successful. By the end of this course, you'll be confident in your abilities, ready to work independently, or transition to less intensive feedback options.
Anna Lee will tailor her teaching approach to your unique learning style, offering written feedback, annotated images, compare-and-contrast photos, and more. You'll learn to assess your pup and make changes with confidence.
Note: For future course offerings, existing students will have priority enrollment for Accelerated, Slow & Steady, and Long-Term Lifeline Private Coaching Options.

"The biggest gift my students could give me is to not need me any longer! I don't want to be the one in possession of the knowledge you seek, and dole it out slowly. I want to give it ALL to you!!"
~ Anna Lee Sanders
